This manuscript reports the complete and circularized Oxford Nano pore Technologies (ONT) long read-based genome sequences of five nitrogen-fixing symbionts belonging to the genus Bradyrhizobium, isolated from root nodules of peanut (Arachis hypogaea) grown on soil samples collected from Tunisia.
