Flexible technology for millimeter-wave wireless sensors applications

Résumé

This paper addresses recent advances obtained in LAAS CNRS concerning the developments of the flexible kapton technology and the use of this technology in the manufacturing of flexible and conformal structures for applications like Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) and Structure Health Monitoring (SHM). Flexible kapton supported passive devices are presented as well as the technological process developed for the heterogeneous integration of active circuits with such flexible passive devices.
