              <p>This article deals with the sizing, the characterization and operation of a low cost power supply ,3.3 V 200 mA, without battery, intended for the supply of low consumption wireless sensor nodes over very long durations. A SPV1050 circuit recovers the electrical energy from a photovoltaic panel (5x7 cm²), stores it on two supercapacities in series (12.5 F, 5.2 V), then shapes it with an internal LDO to provide the requested voltage. The problem of a too long initial start-up time for the supercapacity circuits initially discharged is solved in an original way thanks to a preload and a control of the start-up.</p>

              <p>Cet article développe le dimensionnement, la caractérisation et la mise en fonctionnement d'une alimentation à faible coût ,3,3 V 200 mA, sans pile, destinée à l'alimentation de noeuds de capteurs sans fil à faible consommation sur de très longues durées. Un circuit SPV1050 récupère l'énergie électrique issue d'un panneau photovoltaïque (5x7 cm²), la stocke sur deux supercapacités en série (12,5 F, 5,2 V), puis la met en forme avec un LDO interne afin de fournir la tension demandée. Le problème lié à la durée trop grande du démarrage initial pour les circuits à supercapacités initialement déchargées est solutionné de façon originale grâce à une précharge et à un contrôle de la mise en fonctionnement.</p>
