Measures-based Formalism for Control of Nonsmooth Systems
Résumé
Conventionally, for finite-dimensional nonsmooth systems, we consider the evolution of initial conditions in Euclidean space. However, for certain applications, it is useful to study the evolution of probability measures. In this talk, we will study different formalisms that can be used to describe the evolution of measures in nonsmooth systems. We will consider their application in formalizing the optimal control problem as well. For implementation purposes, we will discuss numerical techniques that can be used for simulation.
