Optimization of the energy consumption of the LAAS-CNRS micro and nanotechnologies platform

Abstract

Based on the example of the LAAS-CNRS micro and nanotechnology platform, we will show how work on the infrastructure has reduced electricity consumption by nearly 30% and gas consumption by nearly 80%.
A partir de l'exemple de la plateforme micro et nanotechnologies LAAS-CNRS, nous montrerons comment les travaux sur l'infrastructure ont permis de réduire la consommation d'électricité de près de 30 % et la consommation de gaz de près de 80 %.
